Meditation Expert

‘The hardest bit is the beginning, to get over the restlessness,’ says meditation guru Guy Burgs. But once you’ve mastered it, and your mind becomes coherent, many of the problems you thought you had will disappear. Burgs, who has fast become one of Britain’s leading experts in meditation, quit his fashion business in the early Nineties to study meditation in the Far East. He returned to the UK on his teacher’s request to help spread Eastern teachings.
