Oliver, founder of Head Talks, and his childhood friend Jonny took a trip to the Highlands to learn to let go of the control, habits and mobile devices that rule their lives. They surprised themselves on how resilient they are despite struggles with addiction and depression in everyday life.

A short trip with a friend, outside comfort zone in nature is medicine.
