Richie Norton discovered yoga when struggling to recover from injuries from his rugby career. The different forms of movement, plus the connection to his breath, helped him deal with what was going on in his mind at the same time. “That took me into breathwork, and meditation, and the power of restorative movement, and functional movement.” The power of breathwork had a real impact on Richie’s wellbeing, and he wants to share its power with all of us. “When my mind was busy, when I felt like I had too many apps open, or I was feeling some anxiety or some overwhelm, breathing more mindfully and using breathwork tools allowed me to find some space.” Richie shares an introductory practice with us, and we will be sharing further practices soon.
