After years of chronic pain from debilitating illnesses, and trying a number of different medical and alternative treatments, Molly Bean-Harding tried meditation with crystals and found the combination to be transformative. She uses the crystals to give intention to her regular meditation practice, as a focus point for the energy. Molly says: “It’s easiest to connect with that source energy when you start meditating. When you connect with that, you can really feel healing taking place within your body.” She began to feel less pain and have more energy. “I was on quite strong pain medications every day and I don’t take them now. And I’m very, very grateful for that.” Molly has also shared a visualisation practice for you to try at home.
