Work is home, home is work. How do we set boundaries for ourselves at the moment? Wellbeing consultant Catrin Donnelly suggests we schedule regular time in our calendar for breaks, self-care, relaxation, or just a change of activity. This is particularly applicable if you have to spend a lot of time on video calls – this can be extremely draining so try not to schedule them back to back.
