Spotting and Preventing Burnout

What is burnout? Why is it on the rise? What happens in the brain and body and how does burnout impact every corner of our health?
What are the signs and symptoms to look out for in ourselves and others? What are some of the practical steps to prevent burnout and look after ourselves better?
