Kimberly Parsons, naturopath, self-trained chef and author of The Yoga Kitchen, is convinced mental conditions like anxiety and depression can be cured by food and herbs. The Australian surfer chick-turned-health expert moved to London for love and now runs the Retreat Cafe. She counsels patients on healthy eating. ‘Like yoga, food can help you feel a certain way. Can help you go through a process.’
