Jamie Catto is a musician, filmmaker and the author of ‘Insanely Gifted: turn your demons into creative rocket fuel.’ He believes that too much of our lives are lived at a superficial level of connection, where we behave in an inauthentic way. This, Jamie says, is something we’ve all been taught from our earliest years, but we can unlearn. He argues that we can let more of our true selves show and so become more authentic and connected. Jamie tells us about how his workshops allow participants to unlock those hidden parts of themselves — even when much of our connection has to be virtual for the time being.
