Success coach Nicolina Werther suggests this is a really good time to re-evaluate what gives us meaning and purpose, considering our lives have changed significantly in 2020. “While the world may be slowly getting back to ‘normal’, you may have changed significantly as a result of the pandemic,” she says. “We need meaning and purpose in our life to bring us energy and motivation.” She suggests integrating some big questions into your routine or journalling practice: what do I care about? Who is important to me? Who do I think I am and how do I want to contribute to the world?
