After his brother took his own life, music executive Jack Williamson started to question his purpose and his drive. Artist management was taking its toll on his mental health, and he realised there was a need in the music industry to provide early onset mental health support. Since then, Music and You, which Jack founded in 2017, has worked to provide support for both artists and industry workers, and latterly partnering with Lewis Capaldi to provide safe spaces and a buddy system at Lewis’s concerts for those struggling with their mental health.
