After his first Transformational Breathing session Dolan realized he had been depressed since he was 12, but also that he had a calling. Now a well-known breath guru, Dolan holds workshops in London and at his villa on Lanzarotte, with clients reporting ‘amazing’ results. ‘Breath is the vehicle which we use to process emotions.’
