Ever thought about doing a challenge to fundraise for your favourite mental health charity? Hugo Chittenden is doing just that for Young Minds by going to Everest base camp with Charity Challenge. Hugo says: ‘It’s a great way to keep the mind focused, challenge yourself and gain confidence while supporting a great cause.”
Young Minds (one of our partners) has a school outreach programme called the 360 Digital School Community, which targets schools around the UK and gives them the tools to deal with children whose mental health is suffering. This indispensable service will allow teachers and students to be more aware of any mental health issues in their schools, and allow for a more open approach.
