We are delighted to have partnered with OC87 Recovery Diaries to bring you a worksheet designed to help prompt you to dig a little deeper when journaling, or to help you start, or to help you voice your own story with passion. You can download your own version of the worksheet here.
Bud Clayman, the founder of OC87 Recovery Diaries was a freelance filmmaker living in Philadelphia, just 18 months after graduating from university, when his undiagnosed OCD and bipolar disorder began to take control of his life. His journey navigating through these challenges, from chaos to recovery, eventually lead to his making the critically acclaimed documentary OC87: The Obsessive Compulsive, Major Depression, Bipolar, Asperger’s Movie. And out of his work promoting the film grew OC87 Recovery Diaries, which exists to tell stories about how people with mental health challenges have created paths to meaningful lives.
