Fitness instructor and YouTuber Emily Hartridge has had two breakdowns. Nervous and anxious as a child, Emily felt the ups and downs of growing up more than her friends. Her then-boyfriend helped pull her out of her first breakdown; her second four years ago was even more devastating. “I couldn’t work for two years. It took over everything – my brain felt like it was going to explode.” But the breakdowns have helped her find her purpose – being honest about her anxiety. “I want to make people feel like they’re not alone in what they’re going through.”
