On World Mental Health Day on October 10, Head Talks’ founder Oliver Chittenden is putting on his rucksack and taking to the road. The mission is to go out and visit the people who make up our community at Head Talks. He wants to find out how you are coping/not coping, to share a cup of tea, and even join him for part of his walk. He will be walking through till Christmas, zigzagging across the country, and said: “I think we all feel very isolated and we need each other’s presence. Lockdown has made life incredibly impersonal.”

Watch our social media for details and how to sign up to have a cuppa with Oliver, or have a look on the map to see where he will be visiting.
