Si-Fu Julian Hitch is a Master of Wing Chun Kung Fu. He’s also the co-author with John Vincent, founder of the Leon restaurant chain, of a forthcoming book, ‘Winning not Fighting’. Julian says he’s learned from his own experience of stress that movement helps the body to bypass the worries of the mind. He’s put his martial arts expertise to use in the business world and has found that movement and breathing help employees and customers alike.
