Not so many know it can totally sort out your brain. ‘The greatest benefits are not only physical strength but also strength of mind,’ says Australian-born yoga guru Sascha Wyness. London-based Wyness has been practicing yoga since her early 20s and says it has helped her through many ups and downs. Wyness is mother to two little boys. Here she shares her trade secrets and gives a top tip for a happy start to the day.
