The Art of Eating Well

Making a simple, home-cooked meal is a ‘powerful thing’ and ‘an expression of love’, says the queen of healthy eating Melissa Hemsley. As the daughter of an English army father, Melissa moved constantly, learning the joys of cooking from scratch from her Filipina mother. Together with her equally glam older sister Jasmine, Melissa now runs the hugely popular lifestyle brand Hemsley + Hemsley, designed to nourish body, mind and spirit. They are TV-stars and authors of two cookbooks.
